Job Description:
Purpose:
A property company is seeking a Senior Solutions Sales Specialist (Hybrid) who is responsible to play a pivotal role in scaling the company Retail’s commercial success. This is a growth role, not an order-taking sales position. You will own the end-to-end sales process: identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, influencing senior decision-makers, and closing meaningful, high-value deals. Your role will also involve nurturing existing client relationships and maximising revenue opportunities. You will work closely with product, analytics, and leadership teams to translate market needs into compelling data-led solutions.

Key Job Outputs:
Driving New Business and Retaining Clients:
- Own and exceed individual revenue, margin, and cost targets in line with business objectives
- Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the retail and consumer ecosystem
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with existing clients, expanding accounts through insight-led solution selling
- Build and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities through disciplined funnel management
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise lifetime client value
Delivering Exceptional Client Service:
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations and introductions for prospective clients
- Upholding a high standard of customer service, taking ownership and representation of the client's experience
- Providing ongoing support for client-specific solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Actively participating in relevant training sessions and seminars to enhance your expertise within the service areas
- Representing The company at client functions, fostering strong relationships and networking opportunities
Becoming an expert on Data Solutions and Process Execution:
- Becoming an expert in our wide range of products and services, enabling you to create compelling proposals that resonate with clients
- Tailoring our solutions to address client priorities and specific needs, leveraging your deep understanding of our capabilities
- Utilising templates to efficiently handle contract negotiations
- Completing sales administration tasks and supporting other duties as assigned by the organisation
Core Competencies:
- Full competence in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective use of CRM
- Basic knowledge of data analytics concepts is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of location analytics concepts is beneficial
- Experience in the retail industry

Qualifications:
- Appropriate tertiary education – degree-educated
Experience:
- Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
- 5+ years sales experience with a strong ability to determine what customers need
- Demonstrated track record on cultivating and developing leads and closing sales
- Demonstrable experience in problem-solving and solutions selling is critical – simple and complex ways of solving a new problem
- You should also have experience and high level of maturity in dealing with people at different seniority levels
